Questions families ask

Before you decide

All questions
Can you guarantee my father will walk again?

No one can honestly guarantee that. After reviewing the records, the doctor tells you which goals are realistic, and we measure progress every week.

What happens if there is a medical emergency?

The hospital has its own ICU and critical-care team. If surgery is needed, we transfer to a partner hospital and your coordinator stays with your family throughout.

Do I have to have Chinese medicine?

No. It is optional and your doctor suggests it only where it may help.

Do I need a visa?

Kazakh citizens can enter visa-free for up to 30 days, which is too short for most programmes. Apply for a medical visa before travel; we provide the hospital's invitation letter.
